Email us at the address below and we will reply as soon as we can. Please include your account email and a short description of the problem.

Open the profile or chat and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by the team and serious breaches lead to account removal.

Go to Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your profile, swipes and matches.

Premium can be managed or cancelled from the Premium page. Cancelling stops renewal and keeps Premium until the end of the paid period.
